Spicy mushroom spring rolls


Spring rolls consist of thin sheets of wheat flour which are used as wrapping stuffing which generally are bamboo shoots, eggs, fresh vegetables, meat, or seafood, but can also be filled according to their individual wishes . In Indonesia, spring rolls are known as Semarang's traditional snacks with the following procedures for making and ingredients :




ingredients: 1 kg wheat flour
                      egg 1 seed
                      mushroom
                      chili
                      Onion and garlic
                      salt
tools: pan
           Teflon
           kneading machine

The steps:

1. Enter the flour into the pan
2. Pour water little by little
3. Put 1 egg into the dough
4. Add salt as a flavoring
 5. Stir the mixture until evenly distributed
6. Like this example the dough is ready to be cooked
7. Pour enough batter into the preheated Teflon
8. When it is cooked, transfer to a plate
 9. Enter the spicy mushroom stuffing into the spring roll skin
10. Then roll the lump skin
11. After everything has been rolled, then fried when the oil is hot
12. If it is brownish yellow then remove and drain
after drained, prepare the spring roll on a plate , and spring rolls ready to serve
