Vio : Hello, I’d like to make an appointment to see the doctor Panji , please.
Receptionist: Have you been here before?
Vio: No, I haven’t.
Receptionist: Okay. What is your name?
Vio: It’s viola Sanchez
Receptionist: Alright, Mrs. Sanchez. Can I arrange an appointment today at 1 p.m.?
Vio: Sure. No problem.
Receptionist: Please fill this registration form to proceed this appointment.
Vio: Sure.
After a moment.
Vio: Here you go.
Receptionist: Thank you. You have been arranged to see the doctor at 1 p.m.
Vio: Okay. See you. 
Vio: oh yeah , does this friend's hospital provide isolation rooms for people affected by the Corona virus?
Receptionist : oh of course but for now we still provide a little room because until now there are still no patients affected by the Corona virus
Vio : I want to book an isolation room because I feel unwell lately, and I'm worried about my condition
Resepsionist : okay Mrs. Sanchez will provide 1 room isolation for you
Vio : okay thank you
Resepsionist : oh yes if you may know when to start Mrs?
Vio : maybe tomorrow but it depends on the doctor's advice later
Resepsionist : well then, thank you Mrs. Sanchez for visiting and please wait for doctor Panji.
Vio : okay thank you

Dear Sandy Hello Sandy , how are you? I'm fine in here. 1.) Reflection I l ike sunny conditions because in my opinion I'm more passionate about doing homework, I always turn on my room lights in the morning and afternoon and turn on the television even though sometimes it's cool to play gadgets 2.) Current action  I often do homework in a room with bright conditions, my room lights and television turn it on because with bright conditions I will be more focused, but now I do homework in my living room, because in the living room the light is brighter even without the light from the lamp.  3.)
